2024 Downgrade patcher

Hey, wanted to finally switch to 1.5.97 today, and tried to use the Downgrade patcher to no success. Figured I would try a completely clean install and I still get the same 401 error, I checked on the bugs page of the nexus link, but that didn't solve my issue, has anyone else encountered this and have a fix?
