I can't say for certain, but I would imagine that Dex builds is probably the strongest melee option now.If you want to use Rivers of Blood as your main Weapon, Arcane and vigor (50 each). Moonveil as your main weapon, Vigor and Inteligence (50 each) Keen Uchigatana, Vigor and Dexterity (50 each) Endurance is good but 20 is enough.
