When I called to book the offer (staying at Bally's 12/30/ - 1/3), I asked for details on the party and the operator had none other than it starts at 9:00 pm. I was confused, considering the invite said dinner would be served.1. Cross the street to Bellagio. Take the free tram through CityCenter into Monte Carlo. Go through the mall at Monte Carlo to the Strip at the Diablos exit. Walk past NYNY. Enter the Express Tram location outside Excalibur, and take the free tram to Mandalay Bay.
