Transmission fluid change - On my 2001 Ford F150, I installed a transmission oil drain plug. Every third motor oil change, I pull the transmission plug and drain what comes out (about 5 qts., but it holds 15 qts), and replace it with new fluid. So essentially I am always running fairly fresh fluid. I have done this since the truck was new and it has 210,000 miles on it now.
